Instructor. She was taught by Master Hui
Lui, who was a student of Master Yang Mei Jun,
27th generation Taoist Master. Grand Master Yang
Mei Jun lived until the age of 109.
Qi Gong creates balance by stimulating the
flow of Chi through the meridians, thus
preventing illness from manifesting in the body.
Qi Gong is a daily practice of movements that
systematically moves blood and Chi throughout
all systems of the body. Dayan Qi Gong
("Wild Goose" Qi Gong), is one of the oldest
traditions of Qi Gong practice. This
practice includes flowing movement, (embodied in
two 64-movement forms, sets 1 and 2);
acupressure massage; and various styles of
meditation.
